Manufacture of single and double-fluted cardboard furniture:  

At our corrugated cardboard manufacturers:  the cardboard is corrugated (from 5 sheets of recycled paper, or kraft for the double-fluted, and 7 sheets for the triple-fluted) and possibly flexo printed using one plate per colour, and cut on a rotary press. 

At our cardboard processors:  the corrugated cardboard (single, double or triple-fluted) is ordered from the corrugators in bulk, possibly flexo printed using one plate per colour, and cut on a rotary or flatbed press.  The cutting dies have blades for cutting and folding (scoring).

The cutting tools:  a die is made for each model, exclusively for QUART DE POIL', and are stored at each associated manufacturer with the printing plates, and sometimes a stock of cardboard.  The cutting dies have blades for cutting and folding (scoring).  QUART DE POIL' tools are always equipped with anti-cut blades to obtain feathered edges, which is not possible when furniture is cut individually on a flatbed plotter.

Manufacture of compact cardboard or fibreboard accessories:

The cutting dies:  the cardboard sheets are guillotined to size and cut by 2 steel-rules housed in a wooden board and sometimes surrounded by foam. 

The printing plates:  printing tools for flexography or hot stamping are made of metal (brass or magnesium).  One plate per colour.

The screens:  for screen printing.  One screen per colour.
